After an estimated twelve years since the last Tukido seminar taking place, there was much excitement building up to the event last Sunday (21st May 2017). With a great turnout from all clubs, over all grades, many students were able to relish the opportunity for a longer, more in depth Tukido session. Students received advice on performing their warm up exercises correctly, improving technique for basic movements and sparring forms, and strategy for free sparring (all as seen in the photos below). After their marathon Tukido session students enjoyed some soup and sandwiches and were able to catch up and discuss what they’d learnt at the event. Thanks goes out in particular to Master Tonner and Grandmaster Teh for organising such an excellent event for all the students.
